| Job Description |
Training for MoI management staff members. The fields of trainings are: | ||||||||||||
|
Leadership development; | ||||||||||||
|
Management; | ||||||||||||
|
Train the Trainers; | ||||||||||||
|
Coaching. | ||||||||||||
| Candidate's profile |
The candidate should have the following qualifications: | ||||||||||||
|
University degree (Master or equivalent); | ||||||||||||
|
Minimum of 10 years professional experience as Trainer in Management and Leadership; | ||||||||||||
|
or minimum of 10 years professional experience in the Public Sector with relevant training experience; | ||||||||||||
|
Ability to provide training in English language; | ||||||||||||
|
Arabic language and intercultural skills are an asset. | ||||||||||||
