Responsible for advisory services to responsible ministries on national level | ||||||||||||

Curriculum Planning and Development | ||||||||||||
|
Career Guidance and Occupational Orientation | ||||||||||||

Teacher Training | ||||||||||||

Result Based Monitoring | ||||||||||||
| Candidate's profile |
|
Higher Degree (MA - PhD is an asset) in education or related topics | |||||||||||
|
Minimum 15 years experience in the education sector | ||||||||||||
|
Minimum 10 years experience in developing countries | ||||||||||||
|
Professional experience with advisory services on national level | ||||||||||||
|
Professional experience in Curriculum Planning (Career Guidance, Preparation for Vocational Life); Curriculum Development and Teacher Training | ||||||||||||
|
Proficient experience in program planning, work planning, program management in volatile contexts | ||||||||||||
|
Sound computer skills | ||||||||||||
|
Working experience in South Asia (preferably Afghanistan) | ||||||||||||
|
Fluency in both written and spoken English; Pashtu or Dari is an asset | ||||||||||||
