|
Higher Degree (MA) in social research, education or related topics | |||||||||||
|
Minimum 10 years experience in the education sector (tuition and teacher training) | ||||||||||||
|
Minimum 10 years experience in social research, evaluation and monitoring | ||||||||||||
|
Minimum 10 years experience in developing countries | ||||||||||||
|
Proficient experience in program planning, work planning, program management in volatile contexts | ||||||||||||
|
Sound computer and research skills (quantitative and qualitative) | ||||||||||||
|
Working experience in South Asia (preferably Afghanistan) | ||||||||||||
|
Fluency in both written and spoken English; Pashtu or Dari is an asset | ||||||||||||
