Position Technical Assistance to Project Management/ Implementation Expert
Candidate's
profile		 University degree in Education or Economics or Social Sciences or Public Administration
   
At least 10 years of working experience in International Development Projects, especially in projects financed by the European Union
   
Familiarity with EDF – procedures is a must
   

Professional experience in Africa or Pacific
   
Have outstanding skills in poverty and social analysis
Experience in elaboration and management of programme budgets
Possess proven qualities of ideas development and synthesis, coupled with a strong ability to prepare and present written material
Experience in preparation of tender dossiers with technical specification and in supply tender evaluation (PRAG, EDF)
Fluency in English and/or French or Portuguese
Proven leadership skills with international, interdisciplinary teams
Excellent facilitation, diplomatic, social and team working skills are required
