Description		 Management of public procurement measures in the context of technical and/or financial assistance projects
     
  develop procurement strategies for supply and services in the framework of a PMU
     
  design and implement financial administration tools
     
  support monitoring and controlling of contracts, payments, performance etc
               
Candidate's
profile		 Senior Expert
  minimum 5 years of professional experience
     
  proven experience with procurement under PRAG and/or FIDIC and or German procurement rules
     
  Experience with multinational teams working in a PMU
     
  Sound experience with financial administration of procurement
     
  fluently in English and/or German
