Provided		 Determine the scope, prepare methodological proposals and complete pilot research as well as Adult Training Survey (ATS); determine the scope, prepare the methodological proposal and conduct pilot Training Institution Survey (TIS); determine the scope, prepare the methodological proposals and conduct pilot Monitoring of Employees Training in Enterprises (METE) which includes basic data about the engagement of employers in staff training; conduct Continuing Vocational Training Survey (CVTS2) regarding the involvement of employees in vocational training of employers
     
  Prepare descriptions of 40 National Professional Qualification Standards for occupations / jobs indicated by the Ministry of Labour; develop models of organisational and legal solutions; determining procedures of creating, certifying and using the National Professional Qualification Standards
     
  Prepare 88 modular training curricula for occupations / jobs named by the Ministry of Labour and disseminate the information about these curricula; develop a model of organisational and legal solutions; determining procedures for the creation, certification and use of modular vocational training curricula; organise training for 600 specialists on adult education; preparing for the development, design and implementation of a computer system consisting of a data-base of NPQSs and a data-base of modular vocational training
