The objective of this project intervention was to improve the development of the programm activities by giving Technical Assistance to the Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar responsible for implementing "Programa de apoyo a los Jóvenes y Niños de la calle en Colombia" (Project COL/ B7-310/97/0192). |

A Methodologial process triggered for the development of projects which concentrate on streetchildren and streetyoungsters population taken away from armed conflict. | ||||||||||

A technical assistance strategy designed, which on the long term contributes to prevention strategies for streetgirls and boys as well as youth taken away from armed conflict. | |||||||||||

A uniform monitoring and following system established in collaboration with the Management Unit which is compatible with the periods and methodologies indicated in the POG. | |||||||||||
